You know i really think we have a great opportunity in taking better care of our Alumnis i all of our programs - They have been around Rotary , knows our values and are so thankful for what they have learned in Rotary . Do you know we have about 34 000 young people who do RYLA every year in the world, and over 5 000 students go on Youth Exchange and not to mention all students who get scholarhips. What an asset for Rotary and there are some actions you can take to uplift this asset
